  • Offers information and referral assistance on variety of topics, such as WIC, infant health programs, education resources, care providers, child development, parenting topics, developmental questionnaires, developmental activities, and home visiting programs. Certified navigators can assist callers applying for benefits such as Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise, Children’s Health Insurance Plan, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

  • Coordinates immediate shelter and needs assistance programs alongside longer-term compassionate support services for families in all areas of life. This program providing housing, meals, social services, and transportation to participating families.
  • Stability Builders Network:  Connecting people in need in our community with the agencies and churches that can help. Family Promise receives the crisis calls, provides assistance and connects needs with volunteers, churches and agencies that can help. Members of the network refer people in need to Family Promise where a needs assessment is completed and appropriate crisis intervention is provided. Family Promise then continues to work with the family/individual to create or maintain stability for up to two years as needed.

  • Community Partners provides in home assistance to families to help them discover and connect with available supports and services. A local community liaison is assigned to each family and works with them to develop and achieve their goals. Goals are decided by the family and can relate to any need including housing, employment, education, food, transportation, utilities, budgeting, parenting information, medical issues. All services are completely free and voluntary, no insurance or Medicaid is required and all families with children are eligible.

  • Offers comprehensive, home-based services to women and families who are expecting or who have newborns. This voluntary program focuses on strengthening at-risk families through parent education, support, and advocacy. Once in the program, families may receive services up to three years.

  • ​Goodwill’s Nurse-Family Partnership® pairs mothers pregnant with their first child with a registered nurse for ongoing home visits aimed at supporting mothers and families in providing the very best start for their children during the earliest, most developmentally critical years. NFP is an international, community health program, widely researched and recognized for increasing health care access and improving health outcomes.​
