The IRHA works to enhance the health and well-being of rural Hoosiers through leadership, education, advocacy, collaboration, and resource development. An IRHA Insurance Navigator hosts open assistance hours every Tuesday from 12pm-5pm at HOPE Healthcare Services' Clinic at 107 Park Place Boulevard, Avon, IN 46123, USA. (Starting March 17, 2020 forward.) IRHA can help anyone, but are focusing on children (Hoosier Healthwise) first, and then parents/caregivers second (Healthy Indiana Plan – HIP 2.0) per grant requirements.

The Marketplace helps people without health coverage enroll in a health insurance plan or other health care coverage based on eligibility.
Local Navigators
Navigators can assist residents in determining their eligibility for Medicaid and HIP coverage, and provide application assistance for residents using the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace.
