An IRHA Insurance Navigator hosts open assistance hours every Tuesday from 12pm-5pm at HOPE Healthcare Services' Clinic at 107 Park Place Boulevard, Avon, IN 46123, USA. (Starting March 17, 2020 forward.) IRHA can help anyone, but are focusing on children (Hoosier Healthwise) first, and then parents/caregivers second (Healthy Indiana Plan – HIP 2.0) per grant requirements.
