Mental Health and Counseling

  • Mental Health Counseling: Therapy that aims to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with the use of a licensed mental health professional. Most therapy takes place in one-on-one or in group settings.
  • Crisis Services: Crisis services help those who are experiencing severe mental distress such as; suicidal ideation, or strong painful emotions, 
  • Behavioral Therapy: Behavioral therapy aims to diagnose mental health conditions and teach skills that lead to positive habit development. 
  • Community Resources and Programs: Helpful resources and tools related to mental health that aren't direct therapy/treatment, like support groups. ​
