Strides to Success
Strides specializes in equine assisted learning and therapy. Clients that are not comfortable with traditional talk therapy might find that the welcoming environment of the farm and the addition of specially trained horses provide a more productive and calming atmosphere to uncover answers. We believe that everyone has their own solutions within. The horses and the highly trained professionals serve as guides to help you find new patterns of behaviors and help clients to find their own personal strengths and gifts. Strides also offers traditional talk therapy through a collaboration with four therapist that specialize in pre and post adoption, TBRI, trauma, abuse, grief and loss depression, ADHD, anxiety, military/veterans. The Willow Center

Cummins Behavioral Health
The Cummins Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Team is trained to intervene and assist individuals experiencing a behavioral health or substance use crisis at the place of incidence, without requiring individuals to travel to a care facility. They can work with community organizations, schools, first responders, and law enforcement to help individuals receive appropriate follow-up care after a crisis. Mobile Crisis Services are an expansion of our 24-hour, telephone-based crisis intervention services, which are accessible in all of our counties of operation. |

Hendricks Behavioral Hospital
Hendricks Behavioral Hospital offers 24/7 free assessments to determine level of care needed for clients, as well as a full continuum of care through our inpatient and intensive outpatient programming for individuals experiencing mental health disorders. Inpatient stays are between 7 to 10 days and vary according to the individual’s needs. In addition to regular therapy, we also offer a variety of recreational therapies during the stay including: pet therapy, music therapy, art therapy, yoga, health management and anger management. As part of the process, we offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for both adults and adolescents ages 13 to 17. This is a good step-down for inpatient patients or designed for individuals who may need more than traditional one on one therapy. IOP is offered 5 days per week for 3 hours at a time. We offer two different units for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Foundations is our higher acuity adult psychiatric unit which addresses things such as mania, psychosis, schizophrenia, etc. Foundations uses evidence-based programming called Illness Management Recovery. Renew is for adults experiencing things such as self-harm, suicide thoughts or attempts, anxiety, depression or mental health disorder with a substance use disorder component. Hendricks Behavioral Hospital has an inpatient mental health unit for adolescents ages 13 to 17 called Thrive. This unit utilizes evidence based therapy called Zones of Regulation. Strive Intensive Outpatient Programs use evidenced based treatment utilizing DBT and CBT therapies. The goal is to strengthen the individual’s functioning while providing the tools to return to healthy daily activities. Our programs are designed to help each individual identify their own triggers to negative thought processes and behaviors, and develop effective self-regulation skills they can use at home, in the community and at school. Program schedule: Adolescent IOP is offered 5 days per week. Attendance is required 3 days per week, 3 hours per day, and is led by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselors (LCACs) or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs). Valle Vista Health System's acute inpatient psychiatric treatment program for adults works to quickly stabilize the most serious symptoms and allow for a transition to less intensive levels of mental health care.The goal of adult acute psychiatric treatment is to help individuals get to a point where they can step down into a less-intensive level of care at Valle Vista Health System, such as an Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Substance Use – Adolescent Dual Diagnosis Clinic
The Riley Adolescent Dual Diagnosis Clinic provides best-practice evaluation and treatment services for youth with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Each course of care starts with a comprehensive evaluation so we can get to know each patient’s needs and goals for treatment. From there, our multidisciplinary team works with families to identify the best treatment approach. Our team is one of only a few sites nationally to offer ENCOMPASS, an evidence-based therapy program incorporating several research-based strategies for helping youth with substance use and mental health disorders. ENCOMPASS is a team-based approach that involves one-on-one therapy for youth, sessions for parents and caregivers, family sessions, and medication management when indicated. In addition, the Adolescent Dual Diagnosis Clinic offers brief interventions, as well as consultation support for other professionals who work with youth who use substances. The Riley Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Program is an intensive, family- and community-based treatment for youth ages 12-17 who are at risk of severe system consequences (e.g., juvenile justice involvement, out-of-home placement) due to serious externalizing, anti-social, and/or delinquent behaviors. Families who participate in this program work closely with their therapist to learn how to address drivers of behavior problems and make long-lasting changes. Hope Academy Recovery High School
In the United States, 80% of students relapse from recovery upon returning to their high school after having primary treatment for substance use disorders. Studies support the effectiveness of recovery high schools and as the only recovery high school in Indiana, Hope Academy provides a supportive community for students to maintain their sobriety and receive a Core 40 diploma. To support each student in achieving academic success and sobriety, we offer a complete recovery curriculum where students learn how to live their life clean and sober. In addition to working towards a Core 40 diploma, students at Hope Academy learn basic life skills to prepare them for life after high school – including managing a bank account, interview techniques, how to write a resume and time management. They also receive recovery guidance from a recovery coach who can help them maintain their sobriety.
