- Crisis Services: Crisis services help those who are experiencing severe mental distress such as; suicidal ideation, or strong painful emotions,
- Behavioral Therapy: Behavioral therapy aims to diagnose mental health conditions and teach skills that lead to positive habit development.
- Community Resources and Programs: Helpful resources and tools related to mental health that aren't direct therapy/treatment, like support groups.
